Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team and are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing one of VGW’s operations teams, leading team leads and agents, and driving improvements in process efficiency, performance, and quality. You will play a key role in shaping the team culture, managing stakeholder relationships, and helping to guide the team through a transition from manual processes to scalable digital-first processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a 25-person team through a digital transformation process
- Embedding quality assurance and performance management structures to uplift operational excellence
- Collaborating with Legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Managing process improvement initiatives and introducing scalable tools and systems
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within sweepstakes, gaming, or promotions
- Proven track record leading teams and uplifting performance in fast-paced, high-compliance environments
- Strong understanding of customer operations, quality frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience navigating evolving systems, with the ability to manage change and implement improvements
- Data focused, with knowledge of tools like SQL being advantageous
