Meanwhile, at The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse you'll burst through the pages of favourite stories into a magical place of imagination, discovery and play.
Now, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of both of these amazing attractions!
What You’ll Do:
- Take the lead as the key Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across both attractions.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience, meeting KPIs and delivering magical moments.
- Maintain top-tier presentation standards, keeping everything looking as vibrant as Peter’s blue jacket!
- Manage financial controls, including audits and cash handling.
- Inspire and develop a team of Supervisors and Duty Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on business strategy and local partnerships to elevate both attractions.
