About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Operations & Customer Service Lead. This is a key role within our 3PL (third-party logistics) warehousing and logistics operations, working closely with customers, hauliers, couriers, and our Warehouse Team to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily orders and act as the primary link between our customers and the Warehouse Team
· Coordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers and couriers, sourcing competitive rates to support cost efficiency
· Serve as the first point of contact for all transport-related and customer service queries
· Ensure all transport documentation, such as delivery notes and PODs, is completed accurately and on time
· Handle and resolve courier claims, maintaining accurate records and ensuring swift resolution
· Office Team Leader – support and guide office staff with day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficient and collaborative team operations
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience working in a 3PL (third-party logistics) office environment, with a strong background in customer service, logistics, and transport coordination
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
· Confident using WMS systems and other portals to track deliveries, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with senior management
