Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This pivotal role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating diaries for our team of skilled engineers, maintaining efficient scheduling systems, and supporting communication across multiple departments. You will act as a vital link between our office, engineers, and clients—helping to uphold Mint Green’s reputation for exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital.
- Utilise Microsoft Office (excel, word)
- Build relationships with designated clients
- Scheduling jobs on a daily basis across a designated team of engineers
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Previous experience of a similar role within the social housing sector is highly desirable
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication skills and proactive within the team

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
