Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and facilitating dispatch and delivery of products nationwide. Some local delivering and collections from suppliers will be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage documentation for deliveries, invoicing, delivery notes and shipping labels using IT systems.
- Maintain records of dispatched deliveries, PODs, and stock through our warehouse.
- Track and Monitor packaging supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Utilise computer systems and basic office equipment to manage order and generate paperwork, order with supplies and book in hauliers.
- Picking, Packing and Quality Control of warehouse stock.
- Arranging orders with suppliers, local collection on quick turnaround projects and liaising with customers to ensure delivery dates are achieved.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in administrative functions, demonstrating attention to detail in all work activities.
- Experience with office and other computer systems.
- Invoicing, Purchase Orders and Strong communication with suppliers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues and supply chain.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for efficient workflow management.
- Full Clean Driving License
- Comfortable using computerised systems for various operational functions.
