- Monday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Tuesday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 09:00 - 16:00
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Based on Experience)

You’ll be the core of our operations, making sure engineers, clients, and critical jobs stay aligned.
From high priority EICRs to daily job follow ups and seamless communication, you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving. It’s a role for someone who thrives in busy, detail led environments and wants to make an immediate impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate job bookings (installs, testing, emergency callouts) via Jobber
- Communicate with clients, tenants, engineers & suppliers
- Track all job statuses across Jobber, Trello, and internal trackers
- Run daily job follow ups and send updates to clients
- Manage the shared admin inbox and prioritise with precision
- Handle ordering materials from various sources, with tracking & follow-ups
- Process weekly timesheets, supplier receipts, and update compliance logs
- Book in tender appointments and liaise with client contacts
- Organise team meetings and internal communications
- Support internal system tidiness (iCloud, Dropbox, etc.)
- Champion process improvement and uphold internal SLAs
- Strive every day to help the team be the best version of itself
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- Experience in electrical contracting, property management, or facilities management
- Exceptional time keeping, your first task of the day is being ready to start at the beginning of the day
- Familiarity with job booking, scheduling, and contractor coordination
- A confident communicator - clear, courteous, and calm under pressure
- Exceptionally organised and dependable
- Tech savvy - comfortable navigating CRMs, inboxes, google suite and spreadsheets
- Be ready for an immediate start
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of electrical testing, remedials, or property compliance
- Experience working across multiple job sites or client portfolios
- Process minded, you spot inefficiencies and solve them fast
