About the Operations Assistant role:

Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. You will also complete general maintenance tasks, so a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of delivering your daily tasks in a timely and competent manner. What Are We Looking For?

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can-do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location. You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues. A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
  • Some previous experience in a similar role.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

  • 16 years: £7.55 per hour
