What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the team – ensuring everything from scheduling to customer communications is handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism – keeping customers updated, gathering key information, and proactively managing queries or changes.
Coordinating and managing diaries, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently for both customers and engineers.
Scheduling and monitoring servicing and maintenance for our vehicle fleet – liaising with third-party providers to keep operations compliant and on track.
Compiling and reviewing job-related footage, checking engineer notes, and preparing reports to be shared across other departments.
Supporting the operations team with general administrative duties and being ready to adapt to new tasks as they arise – this is a highly reactive environment where flexibility is key.
Communicating clearly with engineers, management, and external contacts, ensuring everyone has the information they need, when they need it.
Taking the initiative to identify inefficiencies and contributing ideas to improve processes and workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, supportive office and can keep multiple plates spinning with calm and confidence.
What We Offer:
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000, depending on experience
Performance-based incentives – your hard work is recognised and rewarded
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm. Applicants must be available to take weekend rota shifts too.

About You:
You’re naturally organised, detail-focused, and take ownership of your work
A strong communicator with a professional phone manner and a positive, customer-first attitude
Comfortable working with scheduling systems, reports, and multi-channel communications
Flexible and adaptable – you enjoy working in a responsive, fast-moving environment
Previous experience in administration, service coordination, scheduling or operational support is highly desirable
