Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is always stocked and organized.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle filing, document management, and other administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team members.
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – you are a master at keeping everything in order.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs).
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
