We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Office and HR Administrator to become a key part of our team. You'll play a key part in the employee journey, from the moment someone applies to joining the team, while also handling the day-to-day tasks that make our office a great place to be.
Key Responsibilities
As our Office and HR Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to create a fantastic experience for our team and visitors. Your day will be varied, but some of the tasks you would be looking after on a daily basis are:
People Administration
- HR Administration: Accurately maintain employee data on our HRIS and manage employee files and documentation.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate management, offer letter and contract generation, and conducting reference checks.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary contact for general HR queries, providing timely and helpful responses. Assist with payroll and benefits-related requests.
- Compliance & Reporting: Help ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant. Assist in generating HR reports as required.
Office Management
- Front Desk: Provide reception coverage, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors.
- General Administration: Coordinate travel bookings, manage couriers and mail, and handle restaurant and catering arrangements.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the wider team with various administrative tasks and special projects as they arise.
