As our workload and client base expand, we are looking for someone reliable, organised, and proactive to support both the day-to-day running of the business and some personal tasks for the company director.

The Role
This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will work closely with the director to keep the business organised and running smoothly. Typical responsibilities will include:
Organising diaries, meetings, and schedules
Managing and responding to emails
Taking and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Ordering stock, materials, and supplies
Assisting with social media posts and updates
General admin and record keeping
Supporting with occasional personal tasks (appointments, errands, etc.)

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional on the phone and over email
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Friendly, reliable, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
Previous experience in a similar PA, administrative, or office support role is desirable.
