We are a leading UK removals and self storage company looking to recruit an office administrator / facilities assistant to help cover the office of a busy removals and storage company throughout the summer months. You will be required to work on a Saturday between the hours of 0800 and 1600 and additional hours during the working week. These additional hours will be mutually agreed with the candidate.
The Role
- Provide the highest standards of customer service, in person, via email or on the telephone.
- Maximise sales at every opportunity by promoting both the Fox Self Storage and Fox Moving brands, products and services available. Support the business to ensure that service standards consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Undertake janitorial duties in order to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store, conducting regular maintenance checks and comply with Company Health and Safety and Security procedures.
- Accurately complete administration tasks.
The Candidate
- Must possess good communication skills to liaise with customers, other stores and head office departments to build relationships and improve efficiency.
- Is target driven and comfortable upselling products and services to customers to increase revenue.
- Is able to organise work, planning and prioritising tasks and making decisions as appropriate to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Prior fork lift driving experience would be preferable, however training could be provided for the right candidate.
- In addition, we are looking for individuals that are able to oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the property to maintain a clean and professional environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
