Overview
Due to continued growth BNM Speciality Alloys are looking for a Sales Administrative assistant to join our team. Initially the role would be processing sales orders, data entry, shipping orders and answering phone calls however there is opportunity to develop and progress into a Sales role.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Organise and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer service is an advantage.
