Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Main Responsibilities of a Office Administrator
- Assist with the day to day running of an office, meet and greet visitors, assist with audits, ordering stationary and PPE, upkeep of filing systems.
- Answering and redirecting calls as needed with completed notes onto our monitoring system.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and carers based on trust, respect and honesty.
- Support team meetings and production of minutes
- Support with holiday administration
- Report any incidents/accidents or concerns in a timely manner through our internal recording system.
- Complete any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as requested by the Registered Manager

Experience/Skills Required for this Administrative role:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong use of the Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of CQC and GDPR
- Good work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Desire to succeed/motivation
- Computer literacy - good knowledge of office- word and excel essential, experience in use of Care planner. (training will be given)
