Office Administrator
Join our fast-paced, high-growth luxury property rental group operating across five brands, including The Corporate Housing Partnership, StarHost Residences, Harbour Escapes, Country Escapes and Portico Residences. We specialise in high-end accommodation for corporate, healthcare, construction, and insurance clients, delivering exceptional service across both short- and long-term stays.
We’re looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our fun, dynamic and friendly team, on a temporary 3 month basis. You'll play a key role in supporting our Reservations team with enquiry and booking administration and assisting our Guest Services team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist our busy Reservations team with logging enquiries, creating and updating booking confirmations, checking our OTA platforms and updating calendars
- Help our Guest Experience team to prepare for arrivals, send check in information to guests, log maintenance issues and collect post stay feedback and reviews
- Assist our Marketing team to maintain accurate listings on online platforms
- Support Marketing and Client Relationship teams with promotional and business development activities
- Handle phone calls, emails and general correspondence
- Help with the setting up and integration of our new Property Management System
Who We’re Looking For: An experienced Administrator, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality and client service. You'll need to be confident managing multiple tasks in a busy office, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively across departments.
Essential experience:
« 2 + years in Office Administration
« 2 + years in Hospitality

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
