Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented part time office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to the current team. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in computerised systems, and the ability to maintain a professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of inquiries.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using SAGE , including invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger
- Support various administrative functions, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to improve systems/procedures
Skills
- Excellent phone & written etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including data entry and document management.
- Familiarity with Sage for basic accounting tasks.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with google drive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
Hours
Tuesday & Thursdays 9am-2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £6,500.00 per year
