We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Admin / PA to Managing Director to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our business while providing direct administrative assistance to managing director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

We are London-based technology firm specializing in the hospitality sector, with deep expertise and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure for hotels, co-living spaces, upscale restaurants and spaces. Our services include designing, installing and supporting network infrastructure, WiFi, CCTV, AV, Telephony, Access Control and telecoms such as business broadband, leased lines and VOIP.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
- Call and follow up with leads and potential clients
- Research potential clients within certain areas
- Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records.
- Use various software tools for document preparation, scheduling, and team collaboration.
- Monitor and manage inventory; place orders to keep business running efficiently.
- Provide administrative assistantance to the Managing Director who is incharge for running various areas of the business including on-going projects, customer acquisition etc.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems in an organised and accessible manner.
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel as needed.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party organisations

What You’ll Get
- £15-£20/hour depending on experience
- Flexible working hours around core hours of 9-5
