Office Administrator – Bin Cleaning Services (Debt Recovery & Billing)
Bin Boutique is a professional wheelie bin cleaning company with 24 years’ experience, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an office-based administration role. This position will focus on recouping debt, chasing outstanding payments, and billing for industrial bin cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
•* Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments.*
•* Issuing invoices and monitoring debt recovery processes.*
•* Communicating with clients in a professional and effective manner.*
•* Maintaining accurate records of payments and arrears.*
•* Supporting the wider team with general administration duties as required.*
Requirements:
•* Previous experience in debt recovery, credit control, or billing is preferred but not essential.*
•* Confident and professional communication skills.*
•* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.*
•* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.*
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, afternoons (negotiable for the right candidate).
