Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to manage and nurture children in a safe and stimulating environment. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to fostering the development of young children.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with early years frameworks.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
- Drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences within the nursery.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or early years education is essential.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
