An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Services Team for a Business Services Development Officer. 

The successful candidate will be joining a small, positive, and proactive team. We pride ourselves on being friendly, efficient and helpful whilst always working to learn and develop to continually improve the services we offer.

The role is suitable for a range of candidates from those with an administrative background looking for the next step in their career or a more experienced candidate who has some prior experience and knowledge of business planning and/or performance management .

The role supports the Business Services Development Manager and Business Planning Manager in providing internal managers with advice and support on business services including business planning, risk management, performance management, data protection and other specialist business functions.

The role is career graded from £26,832 to £34,359 and the successful candidate may be appointed at any pay scale within that range, depending on experience. 

A formal progression plan detailing the requirements to progress will be provided to the successful candidate. An accompanying training plan will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure they are fully supported to gain the knowledge and experience to progress through the career grades.
