Sunny days nursery are seeking an individual with cooking/catering experience to work in the kitchen at our little nursery.
17.5 contracted hours per week:
Monday-Friday -9.30am-1.00pm

Main duties:
- To cater for up to 45 children per day including children with allergies and dietary requirements (following our nursery menu's)
- To be responsible for creating weekly shopping lists, stock rotation, food probing, recording temperatures and allergens present in food
- To ensure the kitchen cleanliness is of the highest standard by regular cleaning as you go and following the kitchen checklists
- To be part of annual Food and Hygiene inspections with the Local Authority (currently rated 5*****)
- To work in partnership with all staff and children at the nursery
Key notes:
The candidate who is successful for the role will be required to complete a DBS check upon induction to ensure suitability.
A level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (minimum) is required for this role.
