Summary
As a Night Porter/Receptionist at Garner an IHG Hotel, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and support. Located in one of our esteemed hotels, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a warm welcome as they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
