You will be working at The Oakwood Hotel and covering our sister hotels; New County Hotel, Central Hotel Gloucester & The New Inn when needed. You may also need to cover our sister hotel Central Hotel Cheltenham
** DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED**

Reception:
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer all accommodation enquiries
- Checking in and out of guests
- Excellent time keeping
- Processing reservations
- Use an online payment system
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Experience: The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft and Gmail.
