Bethany House Care Home is a residential care home in the Lipson areas of Plymouth. As a night care assistant your duties will include assisting residents with their individual needs ensuring a high level of care is maintained at all times, this will include personal care needs, emotional support and assisting with any needs. You will be working with another member of the team to support our residents throughout the night. Some laundry duties and light cleaning maybe be expected.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Good communication skills and a team orientated attitude
- Reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic

Night shift: 8pm-8am
