We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Assistant to join our Luxury Hotel Management team in Polurrian on the Lizard. As a Night Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises during the night shift
• Assist with late check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Perform regular patrols of the property to identify and address any safety hazards
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night
• Complete end-of-day procedures and prepare reports for the morning staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Catering & Hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required
