Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and personable New Business Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, focused on selling our BC Quick ERP Solution. This is a client-facing role that blends sales with account management, ideal for someone with a background in business or finance who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors and CFOs.
You’ll be part of our New Business Team, helping clients transition from outdated accounting systems to modern, cloud-based ERP solutions. Your mission is to understand each prospect’s business challenges, educate them on our approach, and guide them through the decision-making process with integrity and clarity.
What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
- Business or Finance background (degree or equivalent experience) to effectively communicate with financial stakeholders.
- Previous sales experience, selling Microsoft Dynamics BC or other ERP solutions highly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build rapport quickly and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- A consultative mindset - focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a New Business Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the sales process for new clients, from initial contact through to signed agreement.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business pain points, goals, and reasons for seeking a new ERP system.
- Educate and consult with potential clients on the benefits of BC Quick and how our fixed-price, fixed-scope implementation model works.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within finance departments.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining momentum and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate internally with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
