At Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, we’re proud to be a forward-thinking, community-focused organisation. We’re now recruiting multiple Neighbourhood Officers to join our growing team in Grimsby, as part of both permanent and fixed-term contracts .

You’ll work closely with residents to support tenancy sustainment, tackle anti-social behaviour, maintain neighbourhood standards, and reduce empty homes.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality housing management services that reflect LHP’s mission of building stronger communities and improving lives.

A Typical Week Might Include:

  • Visiting estates and tenants to resolve housing concerns
  • Tackling local issues like fly-tipping or antisocial behaviour
  • Working with partner agencies like police and social services
  • Supporting customers at risk of eviction with practical advice and payment plans
  • Attending court or preparing documentation for enforcement when required
  • Signposting customers to community services and resources
Leading neighbourhood walkabouts and community engagement events

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience delivering empathetic, customer-focused services
  • Can build strong partnerships with teams, residents, and external agencies
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in person, in writing, and digitally
  • Is confident, resilient, and calm under pressure
  • Understands housing-related policies, tenancy management, and safeguarding
  • Is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Has up-to-date knowledge of housing regulations and best practice
