We are looking for a National Account Coordinator to be responsible for owning the health of REFY’s global accounts. This role is particularly appealing to those who have had a buying, merchandising, or project management role.
You will provide key support to the National Account Manager in developing key accounts. Responsibilities include account management, driving our sales/stock position in-store, developing key relationships, managing full end-to-end product launches for a retailer, complete regular e-comm page reviews, managing internal stakeholders and owning account administration.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and well organised. You’ll love working cross-functionally with multiple teams including operations, marketing and Demand planning. Being able to get to grips with external and internal stakeholders, driving sales, developing relationships quickly and influencing the right teams at the right time will be key!
You must be able to think both strategically to hit the long term goals of the business and also tactically to affect change on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a Retail or beauty business and be familiar with account management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling analysis for trade meeting, accurately recognising patterns in data & telling a clear story using analysis provided
- Ownership of all internal reporting (FC tracker, process flow documentation, keeping JBP up to date with figures
- Regular RRP analysis on retailers to ensure right price
- Key administrative support for the department
- Build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders - making responsibilities known and creating mutually beneficial relationships
- Coordinating weekly stock meeting with logistics to liaise on stock availability and PO updates internally
- Responsible for full visibility on wholesale B2B dispatch orders, communicating any amends needed
- Push to increase orders where relevant, tracking accumulated dispatch and ensuring this is not missed
- Responsible for end to end product set-up with retailers
- Ownership of buyers sample tracking working with product development on ETAs
- Meet weekly with National Account Manager to discuss retail support, and general retail performance - 1-2-1 meetings weekly to align on personal & department priorities for week & month view
- Coordinate GWP / Beauty box inclusion process with sign off from National Account Manager
- Conducting audits & keeping track of competitor activity/launches, pricing and promotional offers
- Support with the execution of promotions/initiatives to plan with the retailer
- Develop a strong relationship with retailers, providing them with reliable + timely support
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- 1-2+ years experience in a retail business, ideally beauty
- Extremely competent with Microsoft Excel and analytics
- Clear evidence of experience working across multiple teams
- Commercially minded
- General understanding of the beauty retail landscape with an eagerness and drive to learn more
- An interest in beauty & desire to keep up with new developments in the field
- Must be flexible and determined - possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects and the willingness to put in the time necessary for success
