Multi Trade Operatives Peterborough - immediate start available
Position: Multi-Trade Operatives
Location: Commercial Sites, Peterborough
Rate: £20-£21 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 45–50 hours per week (Full-Time)
Type: Temporary Ongoing Work
Payment: CIS Scheme / Self-Employed Basis (UTR number)
We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for ongoing work.
Daily Tasks:
- Strip-out of modular buildings
- Painting & decorating
- Basic carpentry (boarding, door frames, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience on commercial construction sites
- Preferable experience working on modular buildings
- Valid CSCS card
- Up-to-date Health & Safety training
- Own tools and PPE
- Able to commit to 45–50 hours per week on site
- UTR number required – work is under the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) on a self-employed basis
