Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mould Maker to join our talented fabrication team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality moulds for scenic elements and props, using materials like fiberglass, silicone, and resin, playing a critical role in delivering world-class themed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create moulds for themed sets, scenic elements, and props
- Work with fiberglass, plaster, resin, silicone, and other casting materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models
- Collaborate with sculptors, model makers, and finishing teams
- Ensure precision, durability, and repeatability of moulds
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workshop standards
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mould Maker in theming, scenic fabrication, or model making
- Strong knowledge of moulding materials, tools, and casting techniques
- Understanding of production workflows in themed entertainment or creative fabrication
- Ability to work from artwork, designs, and prototypes
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-driven approach
