We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated Midday Supervisor to join our friendly lunchtime team. The role will include supervising the children during the lunchtime break, whilst eating their lunch and during play outside.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- supervise the children in the class room whist eating. Ensuring manners are observed.
- provide a safe but fun environment for the children in their classroom if there is wet play
- provide a safe and fun environment for the children outside during play time
- caring for minor injuries and any sick children. Administering basic first aid
- ensuring that school rules are observed and providing suitable discipline when necessary
Previous experience is not essential, but the successful applicant must be prepared to undertake suitable training.
This post is for Monday to Friday from 12:30 - 1:30 pm each day, 5 hours per week. Applications will also be considered from candidates wanting to work for part of the week, or on a casual basis.
