What You’ll Be Doing
As our Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your day-to-day will include:
- Keeping our critical paths up to date and flagging any issues to the team.
- Managing our shipment tracker and highlighting any delays.
- Receiving and sharing packing lists promptly with the wider team.
- Communicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Updating and distributing daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports.
- Staying on top of emails and keeping everything organised.
- Creating and distributing purchase orders as needed.
- Working closely with our buying and sourcing teams to track orders.
- Liaising with our warehouse and accounts teams when required.
- Ensuring upcoming shipments are tracked and website delivery dates are accurate.
- Taking meeting minutes and sharing action points afterwards.
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks that come your way.
Trading Support
You’ll also get involved in the trading side of things, including:
- Assisting with weekly trade reporting and pulling key data.
- Understanding sales reports and how they influence decisions.
- Keeping an eye on best and worst sellers.
- Supporting the team during weekly critical path meetings.
- Helping to ensure products go live online with accurate details.
- Checking product listings regularly to make sure everything’s spot on.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:

- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A great communicator who can adapt their style to different audiences.
