About the Role
Our client, a well-established business based in North Belfast, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to develop their career in HR and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and office functions
Assist with payroll preparation using Sage software
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork
Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR or a similar role
Experience with Sage payroll software is highly desirable
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
