About the Role
Our client, a well-established business based in North Belfast, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to develop their career in HR and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR and office functions

  • Assist with payroll preparation using Sage software

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork

  • Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to queries

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR or a similar role

  • Experience with Sage payroll software is highly desirable

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
