FULL-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Kay International Plc is a Lloyd's Insurance Broker looking for a bright and an efficient Full-time Admin Assistant /Accounts Assistant who is willing to take on a role within the Reinsurance and Account Department. The team requires assistance on a range of accounting/admin tasks as follows:
- Sending emails to clients
- Assisting with placement of reinsurance covers
- Assisting the office manager with adhoc duties if necessary
- Credit control – chasing clients for payment of insurance premiums and ensure premium is paid within premium payment warranty (PPW)
- Be able to send updated Statement of Accounts (SoA) to clients for any outstanding payments.
- Preparation of the admin documents
- Invoicing reinsurance placements in the related software
The ideal candidate must:
- Have insurance experience or knowledge
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Required
- Have previous Admin experience
- Be fluent in English and either Spanish or Greek
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and under pressure
- Be open to handling additional duties e.g. Creating insurance slips, managing general operation of confidential documents.
- Pro-active attitude
- Willing to learn new skills and knowledge
