Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's time.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
- Process patient information and insurance details accurately.
- Assist in managing office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication within the practice.
- Handle billing inquiries and provide support for payment processing.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
