About Elanic Hospital
Elanic Hospital opened in September 2024 and has quickly established itself as a leading private hospital in Glasgow City Centre, serving patients across Central Scotland. Building on the success of Elanic Clinic (established 2013), the hospital expanded its facilities to include three operating theatres (one with Ultra-Clean laminar flow capability for joint surgery), five inpatient bedrooms (including high-dependency), a daycase recovery suite, and an extended consulting space.
We have a strong reputation for quality and patient satisfaction and maintaining exceptionally low infection rates. Our services span Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Plastics/Cosmetics, ENT, Gynaecology, General Surgery, and more.
About the Role

- Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries (phone, email, web).
- Build trust quickly through warm, confident communication.
- Match patients with the right consultant based on their needs.
- Follow up proactively to keep patients engaged and moving through their journey.
- Ensure all details are recorded accurately in our systems.
- Work towards individual and team conversion goals that directly contribute to hospital growth.
The role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend shifts.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Confident on the phone with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Strong sales instincts: able to influence, follow up, and convert while maintaining care and professionalism.
- Customer service focus: reputation and patient trust are as important as driving revenue.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM and digital systems.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by targets and results.
Desirable:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or call-centre role.
- Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or another private client service.
- Previous training in customer care or sales.
