As part of our exciting growth journey, we’ve launched Yavolo – our very own marketplace, where bundles meet brilliant deals. It's all about curating value-driven, high-quality product bundles that customers can’t find anywhere else. To power this next chapter, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Ecommerce Customer Sales Advisor/Representative to join our team based in York.
You’ll be at the heart of building our seller network, bringing new partners on board, and helping shape the marketplace with exciting, high-performing product bundles. If you love e-commerce, relationship-building, and identifying winning opportunities, this one’s for you.
Your Role:
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective sellers to join the Yavolo platform.
- Confidently present the Yavolo concept and value proposition to new sellers via Teams, Zoom, or in-person.
- Build and maintain a balanced category offering by identifying gaps and sourcing relevant sellers.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process – from account set-up to listing and bundle creation.
- Vet and research sellers to maintain high marketplace quality, focusing on top performers from platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Maintain a “hit list” of exciting Volo product suppliers and collaborate with internal teams to match them with popular Ya items.
- Manage existing seller accounts, ensuring excellent service and adherence to marketplace metrics.
- Partner with our marketing team to secure promotional pricing and spotlight exciting bundles.
- Track competitor pricing and recommend smart pricing or promotional strategies to stay competitive.
Skills We Love:
- A natural communicator with the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Commercially savvy with a passion for e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Results-focused with a strategic mindset – you spot gaps and know how to fill them.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in onboarding processes.
- Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple priorities.
- Confident presenting and negotiating, both online and face-to-face.
- A keen eye for quality and performance – you understand what makes a top-tier seller.
- Experience with seller acquisition or account management (especially on marketplaces) is a big plus.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish times between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch).
You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60), so it’s essential that you have your own transport.
