Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated marine detailer & polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated “go getter” with the best eye for detail. They will need to be highly organised and willing to take ownership of the company detailing stock.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company detailing stock and equipment, ensuring they have everything they need for every job.
- Assist with estimating jobs.
- Liaise directly with the team lead to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
- Occasionally talking to customers, must be personable and well presented.
Skills
- Proven ability in marine detailing.
- Must be competent in cut & polishing vessels of up to 60ft.
- Antifouling.
- Knowledge in detailing and other marine products and their uses.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
For the correct candidate a profit share scheme will be considered after 1 years service. This will be for an individual who can successfully demonstrate the self management of the detailing aspect of the company.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
