Bar Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar and front-of-house
- Manage and train FOH staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage cellar operations
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Drive sales and promote events and seasonal offers
- Handle bookings, enquiries, and customer feedback professionally
Ideal Bar Manager Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in a similar bar or pub management role
- Personal Licence (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A hands-on, customer-focused approach
- Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Head Chef – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen in creating high-quality, seasonal British pub dishes
- Design and update menus, including specials and Sunday roasts
- Manage kitchen staff, rotas, and staff training
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met (HACCP)
- Control food costs and manage supplier relationships
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and taste of all dishes
Ideal Head Chef Candidate Will Have:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a pub or similar setting
- A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Food hygiene and safety certifications
- Creativity and drive to keep the menu fresh and appealing
