About the Role
We’re looking for skilled, time-served joiners – whether working individually or as part of an experienced pair – to join our team. You’ll work on a variety of projects including domestic, commercial, and bespoke joinery jobs. This role is ideal for joiners who take pride in their craft, have an eye for detail, and can work efficiently to high standards. The work will be across Tayside, Angus and Fife.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of joinery work, including roughing and finishing, repairs and maintenance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Work independently or as part of a joiner pair to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Represent the company professionally on-site and with clients
Requirements
- Time-served joiner with proven experience
- CSCS card
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence (advantage if at least one person in a pair can drive)
- Own tools and transport preferred
