The role…
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Executive / Team Member to join the team. You will be required to support the team in looking after general Maintenance duties. Specifically:

The role…
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Executive / Team Member to join the team. You will be required to support the team in looking after general Maintenance duties. Specifically:
- Your main focus will be painting and decorating across the property whilst assisting with routine maintenance and repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
- Carry out daily checks on lighting, heating, air conditioning, and safety systems
- Support with the general upkeep of hotel interiors and exteriors from a proactive and reactive perspective
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and staff reports of issues
- Help maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised maintenance storage area
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with health and safety standards
- Assist with setting up or moving furniture, equipment, or deliveries as needed
- Work with external contractors when on site and ensure proper support and supervision
- Keep maintenance logs up to date in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager
As regards Painting & Decorating we are looking for a person with a keen eye for detail, good organisation skills and have experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
