About You:
To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will be an experienced Maintenance Operative with experience within a care home setting or transferable skills from the construction sector.
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of service delivery to maintain a safe, homely environment compliant with legislatory standards for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work as a member of the staff team within the home.
You will have the right to work within the UK.
The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
