What we are looking for:
- An individual who is caring and patient and has a compassionate nature

Do you have the following?:
- A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance
- Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- A full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car
- The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures
- The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments
- The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture
- Above minimum wage and enhanced bank holiday pay
