Joining as a Multi Trade working for an established maintenance and refurbishment company, you will play a vital role as part of the reactive/refurbishment team predominantly covering the Midlands area with occasional working further afield.
Your duties will include:
- Undertaking multi trade work for several of our clients to complete 1st & 2nd fix work including, Joinery, plumbing, flooring, painting, groundworks, plastering, bricklaying, roofing, tiling etc
What we are looking for:
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- At least 2 years Maintenance Multi Trade experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a team and on your own
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience of working in commercial & educational settings (desirable)
- Plastering and groundworks experience preferred
