We're looking for a versatile and energetic individual to join our team as a Maintenance & Arcade Support. This multi-skilled role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, loves solving problems, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our bowling lanes running smoothly, ensuring the arcade is in top shape, and providing excellent service across our bar, restaurant, and soft play areas.
This is a part-time position, primarily requiring evening and weekend availability, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic. You will:

- Aim to minimise breakdowns and downtime, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.
- Quickly and efficiently fix any lane faults that occur.
- Inform the site management team of any major faults or lanes that are out of service.
- Dress lanes for leagues and assist with general bowling alley upkeep.
Arcade Maintenance:
- Provide support to customers using arcade games and assist with ticket redemption.
- Perform basic repairs on arcade machines and manage prize levels.
- Ensure all arcade areas are clean and well-maintained.
General Maintenance:
- Undertake general building maintenance as instructed by the site management team.
Customer Service & Food/Beverage:
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating the bar and following food safety guidelines.
What We'll Need From You:
- No experience needed, just a strong willingness to learn about bowling machinery and arcade equipment.
- An eye for detail and an interest in all things technical or mechanical.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player with a friendly and open attitude.
- Full flexibility around working patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in food handling and serving is preferred but not essential.

If you have not been contacted within 14 days, your application has not been successful on this occasion. This should not deter you from applying again in the future. Good luck!
