VISICAN Ltd is a manufacture of food grade cardboard packaging. We operate in a clean modern factory within easy reach of the City Centre major transport links.
Your duties would be to set, run and pack finished product off a range of machines that manufacture cardboard tubes. You would ensure their efficient operation and high quality of final product.
Formal qualifications are not essential but previous experience operating continuous production equipment is necessary. Experience of manufacturing with cardboard or paper would also be an advantage but is also not essential.
You must be able to work as a member of a team in a demanding production environment, have a keen eye for details and strong desire to produce a quality product.
This is not a warehouse or CNC job.
You will be required to work double day shifts.
Standard operating hours are 06:00 - 14:05 and 14:00 - 22:00. Overtime is often available.
The pay rate is initially £14.18 per hour including bonuses.
