About the Role:
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients on their wellness journey, providing expert advice and personalised recommendations on our premium range of beauty and wellness products. You will be responsible for:
- Possessing an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including premium brands, exclusive lines, and specialised health and wellness products.
- Engaging in a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations.
- Presenting products with confidence and enthusiasm, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Educating clients on product usage, ingredients, and potential benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client purchases by suggesting complementary products or services that align with their needs and preferences.
- à Cultivating relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalised attention to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, with experience in selling beauty and wellness products.
- Expert product knowledge, with a passion for wellness and a genuine interest in client well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Impeccable presentation and a professional demeanour.
