We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic coffe shop team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience forour guests. Your responsibilities

from food preparation to serving
customers, all while adhering to

Responsibilities
- Prepare food items / orders
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders,
- serving food and
- beverages, and addressing
- guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and
- organisation of the kitchen
- and dining areas, ensuring
- compliance with health and
- safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu
- items to enhance the
- customer experience andincrease sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor food safety practices throughout the preparation and serving process.
- Participate in training sessions to develop culinary skills and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Previous coffee shop / restaurant experience is essential (a minimum of 1 year)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Basic culinary skills, including food preparation techniques, are advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
