If you live in the Banbury area and are you passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and leading successful teams? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take charge of our luxury retail store, specialising in pre-owned designer handbags, watches, and fine jewellery.
What We’re Looking For:
· Leadership & Management – Proven experience managing a retail team, driving performance, and creating a positive working culture.
· Customer Service Excellence – A minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering outstanding service in a retail or luxury environment.
· Commercial & Sales Focused – Strong track record in achieving sales targets, analysing store performance, and maximising opportunities.
· Well Presented & Professional – As the face of our brand, you’ll bring professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
· Fashion Experience – Knowledge of luxury brands and experience in high-end fashion or jewellery retail is a strong advantage.
