We are looking for an Logistics Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, calling customers to book in deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an organized individual, from a logistics background.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Calling customers to book in deliveries.
- Organise and maintain files and records.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Have excel experience
- Logistics background
- Conflict Management
- Confident with using Spreadsheets
Hours would be 1100-1900 (flexible and can be discussed)
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
